🛍️ Return Eligibility:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Only unstitched suits or non-customized stitched items are eligible for return. Items altered at customer request are not eligible.
  • Returns will be accepted only if there's a valid reason, such as:
    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Incomplete order

💸 Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer or original payment method, depending on your request.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for refund.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other valid return reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

❗ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items, clearance articles, or items purchased during a promotion are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Accessories, innerwear, and customized suits are strictly non-returnable.
