Terms of Service – Muniba Apparel

By using our website and placing an order with Muniba Apparel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.

🛍️ 1. Products & Availability

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

📦 2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our official website or via WhatsApp/social channels (if applicable).
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank transfers as payment methods (based on availability).
  • Muniba Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to deliver your order within 2–5 working days after order confirmation.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
  • Orders will be delivered via our trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

🔁 4. Returns & Refunds

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information.
  • Returns are only accepted under valid conditions within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition.
  • Custom stitched items and discounted products are non-refundable.

🧵 5. Customization & Stitching

  • If you choose stitched suits, please ensure your size is selected carefully.
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Once a suit is stitched, it is non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless a genuine defect is found.

🔐 6. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data shared with us will only be used for order fulfillment and internal marketing (with your consent).
  • We never sell or disclose your information to third parties without your permission.

⚖️ 7. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
  • In case of disputes, the matter will be resolved under Pakistani legal jurisdiction.
